Our goal is to simplify the short rental process of your house and making your income more profitable. Our team provides a personalized service to take care of your house whenever you are away. We make sure to think of every detail so that you and your guests have a fabulous experience.
Maintenance and cleaning services, guests’ reception as well as inventory check are all services provided by Gold House, on whom you can always count on. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
All you need to rent your house without worrying
You can count on Gold House to provide you with all sorts of services, including the management of your property and guests, the cleaning of rooms and clothing, and without ever forgetting the protection and security of your house.
Reception of guest, delivery and collection of keys, management of guest entrances and exits, presentation and recommendation of your accommodations, free welcome basket for all your guests.
Housing Complete inventory of entry and exit, control of the state of the property, control of the security of your accommodation (including doors, windows, gates and heaters), inventory of the property.
Complete and careful cleaning of the accommodation after each rental, reinforced cleaning protocol, free maintenance kit (including dishwashing liquid, sponge, cloth and garbage bag), free bathing kit (including shampoo, shower gel and body milk).
Among our services we can provide you with hotel-quality linen (for rent), which may include a large bed or small bed kit, a bathroom towel kit, or even swimming pool towels. We also have a laundry service
To assure the complete security of your house we perform regular visits to your accommodations (once or twice per month), property control, security control (of alarms and door), anomaly checking, checking of water supplies and electricity.
To assure that your guests will enjoy their stay at your house we offer to do small reparations in your place, such as changing a light bulb, unclogging a sink, assembling a piece of furniture, among others.
